My support is centered around informed care, emotional presence, respect for your autonomy, and honoring the individuality of every family’s journey. I am especially passionate about supporting military families, Spanish-speaking and multicultural families, IVF and VBAC journeys, and those navigating high-risk pregnancies.

Who I am

I believe the foundation of good support is relationship. I take time to understand your story, your concerns, and what matters most to you. My goal is to create space for you to feel informed, empowered, and deeply supported.

Because of that, who I am and how I approach this work matters too. The experiences and values I bring into this work shape the way I care for families — with compassion, trust, and nonjudgmental support centered around your unique journey. From prenatal visits to postpartum care, the shape of my support depends on what you need.

I currently offer doula support for families throughout Bell County, including Temple, Belton, Killeen, Harker Heights, Salado, Fort Hood, Granger and surrounding communities, as well as Waco and Georgetown, Texas.

Thank you for helping me achieve a successful VBAC! I appreciated the ongoing communication before, during, and after labor and delivery. It was great to have someone to update during pregnancy and to receive suggestions and insight from. I also appreciated the help with pain management and position changes during labor. Ana was always very patient, caring and respectful. I felt empowered to make decisions that were good for me and appreciated having someone who respected my birth preferences and who could advocate for my wishes.
